Deposit and cancellation
Your booking is confirmed after the 100 RON online deposit is paid. The deposit is deducted from the service price.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a deposit refund. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is retained.
The difference between the deposit and the total session cost is paid at the start of the session, by cash or bank transfer.
