IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Booking & Cancellation Policy
100 RON deposit
Your booking is confirmed after the 100 RON online deposit is paid. The deposit is deducted from the service price.
Cancellation and refund
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a deposit refund. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is retained.
Remaining balance
The difference between the deposit and the full service price is paid at the start of the session, in cash or by bank transfer.

How can I book a session?
Press “Book a session”, choose the service, an available day and time, enter your contact details and confirm the booking by paying the 100 RON deposit.
How long does a session last?
One-to-one therapy and counselling sessions last 90 minutes, and personal development counselling sessions 60 minutes. For other services, the duration is shown when you choose the service while booking.
How do I pay?
The 100 RON deposit is paid online by card when you book. The balance is paid at the start of the session, in cash or by bank transfer.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit secures the time you chose and is deducted from the full service price.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session, the deposit is refunded. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is retained.
What happens if I don't show up?
If you do not attend, the deposit is not refunded.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a core principle of my practice.
Can I have an online session?
Yes, sessions can take place online or in-office, depending on your preference.
