One-to-one therapy

· 1 min read

English editorial adaptation of the original Romanian article.

A space dedicated to you

One-to-one therapy is an individual process built around your needs, goals and pace. In a safe, confidential and non-judgemental setting, you can talk openly about your experiences and explore what affects your wellbeing. Together, we can identify patterns of thought and behaviour, understand emotions and difficulties, and discover personal resources that support change.

What can the process look like?

We listen and understand what brings you to therapy. We define realistic goals and priorities together. We work step by step to develop strategies and resources for difficult situations. We review progress regularly and adjust the process to your needs. Collaboration and ongoing feedback help keep the work relevant to you.

How can therapy help?

Therapy can support you with anxiety, stress, difficult emotions, confidence, self-esteem, change, loss, crisis and relationships. It can help you recognise patterns that no longer serve you, clarify your needs and values, and develop more useful ways of responding to challenges.

More than a response to difficulties

Therapy can also be a process of self-knowledge, personal development and prevention, even without a major problem. You do not need all the answers at the beginning. You need a space in which to look for them, at your own pace, alongside a professional. Every change begins with a first step.
